What we collect

When you submit the placement-inquiry form or the lead-magnet form, we collect: name, family email, optional WeChat handle, family-size description, position preferences, budget band, neighborhood preference, start-by date, and any free-text notes you provide. We log timestamp, page submitted from, IP, country, and browser user-agent for spam and fraud prevention.

How we use it

We use your submission to reply to your inquiry, and (for the lead-magnet form) to send you the playbook PDF and at most one follow-up email with related guidance. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Sub-processors

• Brevo (transactional email, EU-hosted) — receives the contents of your form submission and delivers email to our advisory desk and to you.
• Cloudflare Pages (hosting + edge) — serves the site and routes form submissions.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics; you can opt out with a Do Not Track signal or by blocking the script.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session-recording for UX research; PII is masked.
• Microsoft Bing UET — search advertising conversion tracking.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@shanghainanny.com. We respond within 30 days. This site honours GDPR (EU) and Shanghai PIPL (Personal Information Protection Law) requirements regarding data subject rights.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for site function plus the analytics cookies named above. Analytics scripts defer until first user interaction to keep initial-load privacy-friendly and CWV-fast.
